Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@noirpupessentials.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Please contact us before mailing any item back.

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging where provided. We will coordinate return authorization and the appropriate shipping label with the supplier. There is no return-label fee or restocking fee under our standard return process.

Products from different suppliers may require separate returns. Do not send items to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly about damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Include photos where possible so we can resolve the issue.

Once the returned item has been received and the return approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Contact us if you have not received your refund within 10 business days after confirmation. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns; this does not affect remedies for defective or incorrect items.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation or order changes may not be possible once the supplier has begun processing or shipped the order.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that apply under law.
