NoirPup Essentials operates noirpupessentials.com, a Shopify-hosted store offering dog gear and accessories sourced from supplier partners. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases through the store.
Using the website
Use the store lawfully. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or infringe the rights of others. You must have legal capacity to place an order or permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
Products and orders
Please review the description, measurements, options, care instructions, and price before ordering. Product images and screen colors may vary from the physical item. Inventory and prices may change. The amount payable, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before you submit payment.
Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. If an item becomes unavailable or an order contains an error, we will contact you to arrange a correction or cancellation and any applicable refund. Order changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing has started.
Delivery and returns

Product use
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and sizing guidance. Supervise your dog and inspect equipment regularly for wear. Protective gear cannot guarantee prevention of injury, and tracking accessories are not a substitute for supervision.
